Introduction to RAW VEGAN Cooking is a fabulously fun class that will cover the essentials of raw vegan preparation techniques, teaching you how to make nutritious and delicious cuisine without white sugar, flour, gluten, eggs, or dairy. Or cooking! WHAT? Yup. All natural.



Great for people with gluten allergies/sensitivities. Paleo friendly too!

Come and learn how to stock your kitchen and pantry, what is the best equipment for practical/ budget-friendly use, how to make nut “milk”, smoothies for everyday radiant health, creamy dips with crudité and crackers, dessert, and more! What is RAW VEGAN?

She is the founder of the Revolutionary Raw Vegan Culinary Creators and offers private and group vegan gourmet dinners and classes along with monthly pop-up dinners in NYC. She often favors the use of raw cacao, an ingredient filled with antioxidants and abundant vitamins…and is a natural aphrodisiac. She is always cooking with LOVE.
