What is RAW VEGAN?

She has consulted extensively with restaurants in NYC, Bali, and Singapore, designing menus utilizing local flavors, and teaching workshops and retreats. She is the founder of the Revolutionary Raw Vegan Culinary Creators and offers private and group vegan gourmet dinners and classes along with monthly pop-up dinners in NYC. She often favors the use of raw cacao, an ingredient filled with antioxidants and abundant vitamins…and is a natural aphrodisiac. She is always cooking with LOVE.
