Where did you hear about the Raw Foods Demo Group?

I have been attending IEOPBC for the entire year of 2008 and Raw Foods Meetup.

Is there any particular raw dish you would like to see demonstrated?

The list is sooo long! I'd like to see kEyTh demonstrate some of those asian dishes he makes!

Are you interested in simple raw dishes, or more complex, dishes?

I prefer simple raw dishes without nuts. I make complex raw dishes once a week...but complex to me is Juliano. I don't like 20 ingredients in a dish that take a week to prepare.

Are you a vegetarian, vegan, or raw vegan?

We are mostly raw vegans eating all raw for weeks or even months. We sometimes eat cooked whole vegan foods but we physically feel much healthier when we eat all raw. My husband has yet to kick the organic coffee habit but is planning on doing this January 1, 2009.

What is the biggest influence that drew you to raw foods?

I wanted to be healthier, more energetic and energized. My husband wanted to lose weight (he did 60 lbs within 3 months and hasn't gained any back), get more energy, stop his acid reflux and get a good nights rest. We accomplished this with raw foods.


I love to help others prepare raw food, love seeing it prepared and really enjoy being around others who are interested in bettering their health.
