    Hi Shabria! I have a similar concern about losing more weight. I'm already a dress size 6 (used to fluctuate between a size10-size 12). Most of my friends and family members are actually "monitoring" me ever since I started talking about going raw and juicing. They're worried that I may be anorexic! I'm not though. I also run a lot (training for the Broad st Run). I've tried lifting weights at the gym 2x/week. I've noticed that my weight hasn't dropped in the past 2 months since I've started. I targeted the areas that I lose weight from first for example my hips, legs and glutes. Hope that helped some :-) I just wish I knew of a raw diet plan that would help maintain ones desired weight esp while training. I've been searching for it so if I ever find it I'll be sure to share :-)
