I notice that this recipe does not include the black-strap molasses. I highly recommend a "dollup" in each batch because it adds great mineral content. Your grains will also LOVE you for it and show you by multiplying!
Thanks Cindy, that was an informative presentation. Also thanks to Suzi for her sharing of knowledge as well. I have some kefir that has been sleeping in the refrig for 6 months now and have been looking for the inspiration to begin drinking again. I would also love to have the link that Suzi mentioned that discusses more benefits to comsuming kefir.
