Hi Raw Food Friends, Come and join me to learn the benefits of the raw food lifestyle with Kundalini Yoga! I lead a high raw lifestyle and will also speak about foods that can help your yoga practice and chakras! I am looking forward to see you! Namaste! Love and Light! Alix :-)
Chakra literally means ‘wheel,’ and, in the context of yoga, is better translated as ‘vortex of energy.’ The word Kundalini refers to this energy, which lies trapped in these vortices in its dormant form. Kundalini Yoga uses a combination of asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, and meditation to awaken these energies and to liberate them into their dynamic form. The 10 week long Kundalini I syllabus will introduce aspirants to the chakras and techniques that will lay the foundation for more advanced practices.
Is this class for me? If you already have a harmonious relationship with your body, mind and spirit and are ready to expand your human experience, then come and try a no-obligation first session.
