Dynamic Health on a Budget

Dynamic health is easier than most people think! Many may disagree mainly because of several misconceptions from the media, friends, and relatives. One of the misconceptions that I have heard quite a bit is: "Living a healthy lifestyle is too expensive!" I can truly say that after years of seeing miraculous transformations in so many people, this statement is not only false, it is laughable!

We are having a raw vegetarian pot-luck with a presentation about dynamic health on a budget. We will be discussing the many things that you can do that are absolutely free! They are "healthy-habits"; many of which are as simple as brushing your teeth.

Feel free to bring your favorite raw vegan dish to share; we will enjoy a fantastic meal together, and have an awe-inspiring presentation!

First Timers: We have noticed that many First Timers to the group sign up for a meetup, but don't show up. Many First Timers said that they backed out at the last minute because they were afraid of not knowing what to make for a pot luck or what to bring. That's OK please show up anyway! The journey of one thousand miles begins with a single step. Also this meetup is for you, and it won't do you much good if you are not there; plus it's fun, but beware, if you do come, you just might have the best day ever!

I was excited to see everyone! enjoyed sharing the food dishes. In all the excitement, I forgot to take pictures. Argh! Anyway, everything looked vibrant which goes to show how amazing one feels after eating colorful foods!

Very informative! The food was tasty, and I learned a lot about wild edibles. Everyone was wonderful...and Paul's PowerPoint was extremely helpful. I will definitely be making out to future meetups :))

Sorry I will not be able to make it today. It is raining, thunder and lightening right now in Yucaipa. We had a power outage for a few minutes. I will be at the next one.

It is going to be my first time going and I am overweight too. So don't worry about that. We are there to learn about this way of eating and becoming healthy. :)

I am so excited to be on my 4th day of all raw foods! I look forward to learning how to be more creative with raw recipes and hearing your testimonies of what eating raw did for you.

I want to learn how to be a raw food consumer. I have health concerns.

Both have benefits. Blending is really pureed food, and juicing is the liquid of the food with the fiber removed. Juicing allows you to have abundant nutrition with little obstruction; this is great if you wish to do a cleanse The best bet is to identify what you wish to accomplish, and then; decide wich method is best for you. Let me know if you have any more questions on the subject:

What is your belief on the juicing front--- Doc's are telling people to not use a standard juicer but only to use a nutria bullet or vita mix so you get all the fiber. I understand a person can only get substantial vitamins when you do standard juicing. The Public relations manager from Clark's nutrition told me if I was to do a juice fast I need phylum.

    Hi
The main reason I joined the "Raw group" was to learn how to make raw food taste good like raw food recipes and be encouraged to eat better. It is intimidating to come to a pot luck and not know how to prepare anything but when I did come I learned a lot and was very encouraged and everyone was very nice!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
