So you decided to eat healthy. Awesome! Then, you open the fridge, an ask the question: "what do I do now?" This was my routine after embarking on a 100% raw food diet. Or, there may be a time when you eat a super healthy salad or a green smoothie, and you are hungry an hour later. It can be quite frustrating. I know I was in the early days. But after much trial and error, research, and effort, I learned several useful strategies to be successful on a raw diet! It is actually very easy and and the results are truly life-changing!
I will be giving a presentation on being successful with a raw diet, and following that with a Q and A session. In addition, I will bring A container of healthy ingredients for an impromptu demonstration in order to show how simple it is to make healthy good tasting meals spontaneously. I will make three different things that we can all sample!
This will be a raw potluck, so bring your favorite raw vegetarian dish to share, we can enjoy great food together, and learn some great new innovations!
