Smokin' Grass Presentation!

There is so much incredible activity in store for us in 2014! Whether you want to achieve vibrant health, learn more about raw foods, hang out, or are on a mission to save the planet, you are welcome to join us!

We are "hitting the ground running" with a WHEATGRASS PRESENTATION! Wheatgrass is a highly nurishing juice that consists of 70% chlorophyll and contains 92 different minerals. There will be a demonstration on how to effortlessly GROW, HARVEST, and JUICE the BEST EVER WHEATGRASS, so that you can have it every day if you desired for mere pennies per serving! This is going to be great fun, and everyone will get FREE SAMPLES of fresh wheatgrass! Wheatgrass can be quite costly considering it sells for about $2.25 for a 2oz shot at a juice bar; now, you can easily grow it yourself, so you can have it fresh everyday if desired. This is so easy to do! It makes me laugh out loud!

This is also a POT LUCK! So feel free to bring your favorite raw vegan dish whether it’s simple or fancy.

For those of you interested in worm castings (AKA "Black Gold"), John The Worm Wrangler no longer sells it at the Tyler Mall Farmers' Market. I found out the hard way today. So I called him, and he told me that he dropped that market four months ago. He still sells his worm castings at the Corona Farmer's Market every Saturday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm, 488 N. Main St. Corona, California.

Paul, your right, your September meet-up was smoke'n ! ! I have made a wish list for a juicer and "Rebounder". You are so generous in planting and juicing all that wheat grass for us, then giving a palette of of it away along with the Thai coconut. Also have to say thank you to Mike who gave an interesting presentation. I can't believe this is all virtually free of charge!
I hope my small donation will help cover a portion of your costs. Bless you.You are an inspiration! Auntie Em

This was an information-packed Meetup. Nice to see demos of wheatgrass juicing on a hand crank juicer and the Super Angel juicer. Nice demo, too, on opening a young Thai coconut for coconut juice.

What sort of potluck would this be? I know its vegan. Any restrictions? Or allergies?

    September 5

  • Karah S.

I might be able to make this. However do we need a wheat-grass juicer to do this at home though? I only have a vitamix... and a regular juicer.

    September 4

    • Paul

Hi Karah, It's possible to use a vita mix; however, you may find that a handcrank wheat grass juicer works better and is quite inexpensive. Peace.

are there any restrictions to what to bring? Allergies or milk or soy?

    August 19

    • Paul

Hi Kay, we are mainly raw vegetarian; many of the members are vegan, so anything that is plant-based is fine. Great to have you join us!
