Member Linda Redsar invited me to join this group. We met at Mooses on Juices. I am interested in learning about Raw and Vegan diets and health ideas in general.

I really enjoyed attending this Meetup. The food was delicious as well as the healthy Dragon Herb tea that Paul served. I enjoyed socializing with everyone. Paul explained the 30 steps to Great Health. He presented them to us from memory. I was impressed. He then presented tips on how to increase our ability to memorize things. He explained a &amp;amp;amp;amp;#034;Memory Tree&amp;amp;amp;amp;#034; and &amp;amp;amp;amp;#034;Chaining,&amp;amp;amp;amp;#034; which was remarkable. He then demonstrated poses of his morning and evening Qi Gong routines, which we did in unison with him. He also demonstrated an alternate 5 Step routine that has some poses similar to yoga poses. Adolfo brought moringa tree seeds and kombucha for all. -Helen Hibbing
