I am new to raw/living foods and am really interested in learning from the ground up. I have some 'cook' books, but its not the same as seeing it in person. I have been researching classes and found some in the LA area (Juliano's Raw, and RAWvolution) and was wondering if anyone has taken these or know if they are any good (at $125 a class I want to get my $$$ worth!). I know there are several resources online, but am really interested in a class.
I would love to learn about sprouting, jucing, dehydrator use/recipes....pretty much everything! Any suggestions for me on how to get started would be very much appreciated, or any classes you might know of would also be a great help.
P.S. I checked into Chef BeLive's class, but it was canceled...not enough participants
