A raw foodist can find life a bit isolating - a raw foods chef, even more so. The intention of this group is to create a support community for Raw Food Chefs/Instructors who are seriously pursuing this vocation. It is open to those who are beginning in their career as well as those with more experience. It is my hope to create a place of sharing, assisting one another, mentorship and solidarity. While this group is located in the NYC area, a variety of meetups will be offered - sessions in NY, teleconference calls with guest speakers, classes, perhaps conventions in other areas, etc. Let's explore and create the possibilities together!

Please note, the focus for this group is for raw food chefs. If you are NOT a chef/instructor, but have an interest in raw foods, I would be delighted if you joined my open community group, http://www.meetup.com/rockawayraw
