Chris Wildeboer is the founder of Balance Central and has been working in the Wellness Industry for over 15 years - today she is one of the highest qualified Qld practitioners currently working in her field.
Chris has always innately believed that we can heal ourselves - it’s just that some of us find it harder than others, and at the age of 24 she was forced to face up to being in the “harder than others” category.
This set Chris on a path to finding answers and not long after she was introduced to Kinesiology. From there she discovered many other techniques but the one that she has been using now for 12 years is R.A.W. (Rekindled Ancient Wisdom). RAW has contributed to her facilitating amazing outcomes with her clients over the past decade and as a tribute to her success, Chris’ well-known business has grown rapidly through word-of-mouth referrals.
In particular Chris loves to work with people who are ready to recognize the recurring patterns that are holding them back in there life. She helps them to achieve greater success through conscious awareness and a healthier work/life balance.
Chris' talk for the afternoon is titled "Unconscious Living!" and will include:
• Conscious Speak – what is it that we are actually saying about a situation?
• Self Talk – This drives how we speak – we need to let go of the unproductive self talk
• Purpose & Focus – achieved with more conscious self talk
• When all of this is in alignment – we get to show up for ourselves, our family and our life!
