Green For Life

In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, I'll be sharing simple, delicious and GREEN strategies for boosting our nutritional levels. At this lecture, we'll cover green smoothies, juices, salads, soups and desserts that are nothing short of revolutionary, along with samples and recipes, of course. Regardless of your current diet, this learning opportunity is recommended to anyone interested in building a healthier lifestyle and keeping it Green For Life! This lecture is free and open to the public.

I noticed that Jen Hoppa has not registered for this event. Has anyone heard from her in awhile? I've been tryin to reach her for weeks. Just concerned if she's ok. Been ill? Family tragedy? Need help? I care. I have both her email and phone number and am not connecting. Help? Thank you. Betsy 918.720.1927

Thanks to all who attended today's lecture and food demo. I'm excited to report that Whole Foods will be dramatically increasing and improving the raw food selections at their store! Look for significant changes over the next couple of months.

I thought it was very informative and helpful to incorporate more greens in our everyday life. My husband thought everything was good too! That's a plus! Thanks for all your hard work Penni We appreciate you.

I missed the majority of the meetup. I arrived maybe 5 minutes before the ending. Everthing looked great. I did get to taste some of the dishes. "Superb" as always. I am not sure how many were in attendance because I arrived late.

The food was DE-lish! And, Penni's humor always brightens up the day! We would have had more attendees, but Peoria was blocked off for the run and you could'nt get thru.
