October 2009, is when I began to eat much raw food.
I am interested in digestion, immune system health, healing with foods and maintaining an alkaline environment in my body.
Bananas, pears, black grapes and pineapple are my staple fruits and cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and cucumbers are my favorite vegetables.....and then I think of the tasty bean sprouts I can grow.....
