My goal is to get away from need for pharmaceutical in order to maintain my health. Raw food is the best way to reach that good.
Fruits and vegetables. Any kind of berry, banana, orange. cucumber, zucchini, cauliflower, any green leaf vegetable, any kind of melons, tomato...etc
I 50 years old Single Male, Internet engineer. 5'7: 230 lb. I was a vegan in the 90's and an avid jogger. I have restarted my gradual transformation to the raw diet again, and like to meet up with people that I can help me reach my goal.
