Growing up, I ate a lot of my vegetables and fruits raw. In the last twenty years I have been on a continuum toward primarily raw. My journey has led me to eat about 70 - 80% raw after visiting Dr. Cousens' Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center.
About 70 80% Raw. I eat more cooked food in the winter months.
