Introduction

I'm a raw vegan. Can't wait to meet others in the Charlotte area.

How did you become interested in Raw Food?

I've always been a health food nut. I heard a little about raw food in the past and wanted to give it a try. It wasn't until I met a friend who was a raw foodist that I began to have a clear understanding of what raw food was all about. That's when I really started practicing the raw food lifestyle.

Currently, how Raw are you? (Just interested, 100%, 2 years, etc.)

What are some of your expectations for this group?

meeting folks who are raw like myself, learing new recipes, and having fun.
