Have met many people on my health journey that eat completely raw, but about 50% of my diet is raw and I due this for my health and no other reasons.

Health and exercise has been a part of my life for about 15 years. I have been about 95% vegetarian and just recently have become vegan. Trying to eat for ultimate health and fitness!
