I am interested in meeting people who want to be more healthy, recover from injuries, lose weight naturally, have more energy, reduce stiffness and slow down the aging process.
I have overcome many obstacles to get from life threatening sicknesses and multiple spine related injuries... to vibrant health! I have learned valuable lessons over the past 14 years and I now share my unique insights on regaining health and healing. I have studied with healers from Santa Monica, CA; Boulder, CO; Sante Fe, NM; and Sao Paulo, Brazil. I am blessed to now have my health back and to be teaching others the truths about health and wellness. Healthy foods are very important but that is our secondary nutrition. Our primary nutrition involves our beliefs, our relationships and getting in touch with our innate powers to heal ourselves. In addition, our physical injuries often times do not heal completely and leave our body out of balance. Every day I work with clients who tell me they feel old, when in reality the stiffness, the aches and pains are due to lack of movement, an old injury not fully healed and from eating (SAD) the Standard American Diet.
