Hello all you beautiful veggie lovers! My family and I have made a huge batch of kimchi and we are making sauerkraut too. We will have samples and be selling the kimchi at our potluck tomorrow for $12 per quart. We didn't make it too spicy and you can always add more heat if you want. We made this with local organic cabbage, radishes, green onions, garlic, ginger, red pepper flake, sea salt and lots of love!
If you won't be at the potluck but you want some let me know and we will figure something out. :)
