Tomatoe salad (Tina Glecier)
4 different kind of tomatoes
red onions
cucumber
yellow and green pepper
fresh basil
garlic powder
raw apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper
sesame oil
fresh sqeeze orange


Raw Corn Salad(Alice Harper)
5 ears corn-remove corn from cob
1 med sweet red onion diced
1/2 cup diced celery
1 avacado diced
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp salt-optional

Mash avocadoe and mix well with lemon.Mix well with remainder of ingreindients.serve cold!

seaweed salad(Mae's)
3 cups (Samum Deer)salted seaweed rinse several times to rid salt and drain then place in bowl.

dsg;coconut nectar to taste
1tsp sesame oil
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
gr.black pepper
pinch of spirulina to add color

garnished with black sesame seeds
or your choice julienne carrots,rede peppers or cucumber slices.

Pizza crackers (John Horak)
1 1/2 cup water
2Tsp celtic salt
8 Garlic gloves or 2 Tsp garlic granules
4 Tsp Basil
1 Tsp Fennell powder
1/2 Tsp Rosemary
2 Tsp Thyme
1/4 cup Tomatoe powder concentrate(Quantum Nutrition)
1/4 cup Chia seeds
4 Cup Pumpkin seeds(soaked over nighter or longer)

soak pumkin seeds overnight,Drain and rinse.Let stand while preparing the spices.

add salt water and let dissolve.
Add the dry spices to the salt water(Basil,fennel,Rosemary,&Thyme and garlicmix frequently.
if use fresh garlicpeal and mash,add to mixture.
Then add the tomatoe powder and mix thoroughly.Get a nice paste going.Then add chia seeds.

Let all this sit for awhile(15-30min).
Add the paste to the pumkin seeds and mix all ingredients(pumpkin seeds and paste)in a bowl thoughly and let stand 30 min to 2 hours.

Spread onto dehydrator trays 1/4 thick.
time dehydrate if you start 10:00 am then before bedtime remove from teflon sheet and in morning done.

Radical Raw Pad Thai(Mae)
source:
1 Tb tamarind paste
1 Tb chopped garlic
1-2 cloves chopped garlic
1-2Tb gave(or 1-2 dates)
6 Tb tamari
3 Tb tomatopuree
1t chili flakes
juice of 1 lime
1/2 t coriander
1/2 t paprika
pinch of cayenne and chili,if you want hotter add more.
Raw oil if desired
water as needed
Pasts:
1 large zucchini
Granish:
Cilantro
Raw jungle peanuts
Bean sproats
Hot sauce
scallions
Marinated mushrooms and broccoli(put some tamari on and warm for an hour in the dehydrate)
To make the sauce,put all ingreients in blender and add water to cover them.Blend until smooth, taste to see if you want to add anything else.
Pasta:
slice the zuke with mandoline or spiral.Add sauce to evenly coat with noodles garnish.Eat


Raw Zucchini avacado tartar (given to from Lisa Matthews)
8 baby zucchinis minced finely
3 Avacado mince fine
2 lemons juiced
2 Tbs chives minced
2 Tbs Basil Minced
sea salt
Use as a dip with chips.
Puut in ring mold for individual person drizzle evo over it,garnish with minced chives.
