Happy Easter :-) Spring has sprung. To get ready for longer days and hopefully lighter weather, I am transitioning to a lighter diet. For those who also want to join me, let's drink (green juice) dance (to happy music) and eat (lovely raw vegan food!)
Just to flag this is an all raw, all plant based potluck, so if you are new and want guidance on what that means let me know :-)
So here's the plan:
1) Please bring fresh, uncooked plant-powered recipes to share. Dinner or dessert, your choice. It always works out! I'll bring the post-its, so you can list your ingredients.
2) If you can bring your own knife fork and plate you're amazing. Don't worry too much if that's not possible, after years of potlucks, my cutlery has gone walkabout!
3) Fancy doing a gourmet raw demo? Bring some food and show us your stuff! I have a vitamix and a green star waiting to be used. Take the stage!
We're starting a tiny bit later than usual at 5pm. It's worth noting that coming over 2hrs later than planned means everyone eats everything and you may be left with just a limp bit of salad leaf to munch on ;-)
