Coconuts, avocados, and cacao!
I've been practicing a raw & living foods lifestyle for almost a year, and have taken to it quite easily! I feel great! I never really enjoyed cooking before, but now I look forward to playing in the kitchen and preparing delicious and nutritious dishes for me and my family. I love this way of living and eating so much, I would like to become a raw foods teacher!
As I was relatively healthy before going raw, I haven't experienced any dramatic miracles, but I have noticed some weight loss, softer skin, increased energy, and a higher vibration to my spirit! I'd like to heal my varicose veins (they seem to be getting a little better), and hope to have a smooth and natural transition through menopause.
I am still learning -- trying new recipes and experimenting. So far, I love to prepare a variety of things. I especially enjoy making snacks like flax crackers and nut cheeses.
My enthusiasm for raw foods can hopefully inspire more people to give raw vegan foods a try, and my writing skills can help organize any events!
I've been a vegan since 2008 and a raw foodist since early 2012. I love the vibrancy of fresh, raw creations, as well as how vibrant I feel on living foods! Raw vegan food is my passion, and I thrive on sharing it with others!
