I am new to the raw food diet, and have read a handful of books about the health benefits and the science behind the raw food diet.
I hope to gain a bit more energy in my life, better skin and eyes, and of course, some additional weight loss.
I like to eat BIG bowls of mono-meals (fruits) with handfuls of raw almonds and pumpkin seeds. The most challenging dish I made was a vegan lasagna with pine nut "ricotta" filling.
I am passionate about the Raw Food lifestyle, I'm a very dedicated person to my own personal health, and I love learning new things.
