i first discovered the lifestyle in my early twenties and was instantly hooked. then i started incorporating higher and higher amounts of raw foods into my diet and going for longer periods of all raw until almost two years ago, when i decided i just couldn't ignore the fact that i always felt my absolute best on a raw diet and have been 99% raw ever since.
the extra energy i have translates into more physical activity that i can do which of course, makes me still getting stronger and more energy the further on this path that i go. i never get sick, have much improved digestion, increased vitality and will power. i want to still be snowboarding and doing all the activities that i am doing now well into the ages that most consider the body to have slowed down too much to do anymore.
i love making dressings, cashew cheeze spread, pizza, and cheezy crackers just to name a few of my best raw items.
