Like quick raw recipes for kids lunch, snaks. I'd like to make it at least 80% of my lifestyle. SMOOTH MOVE. Soak 1/4 c raw oats flakes and 2T flax seed for 1-4 hours. Put in blender with 1 chopped apple, cinnamon, and optional (sweetner like honey, soaked dried prunes). Very filling for breakfast.
