Not counting the last 4 years, I've been a vegetarian for 17 years. Some of that time I was vegan, macrobiotic, but mostly vegetarian. I'm getting reacquainted with that lifestyle again. This past week I was all raw....well, except for popcorn on Friday night. It all started when Jim Rohn suggested we eat an apple a day,(I've been studying him this past month) I started two weeks ago eating an apple a day. Then last weekend I watched the Secret again for 7 times between Fri and Monday. I went totally raw on Monday morning. It was the right thing to do....it felt totally right. I made a great fruit smoothie with frozen berries, fresh cherries and frozen fruit. Nothing special.....I'll get busy creating something. People used to tell me I was a great cook.
Hi, I'm in transition. I want health and fitness again in my life. I let myself get off track the last 4 years. I'd been a vegetarian for 17 years and 2004 I made some changes. So, I'm back....I'm ready to experience health again....to be healthy....
Well, this Raw meet up was on my list to join a while back....but I stopped being Vegetarian back in 2004. After that it didn't make since to join. But, I should have.....I"m so glad I did finally join. I've met new people, love the store and love their food. And......I'm ready to be 100% raw. But, you don't have to be 100%. Start adding more raw into your diet and you'll see the difference. They say, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. So, if you're ready, come join us.
