Hi, I love food, especially plant based foods. I'm always experimenting with different ingredients and creating new recipes. My aim is to make my meals nourishing and filling but also easy and convenient.
This group is being formed to provide community and sharing for those interested in a raw food/vegan lifestyle. You don't have to be raw or vegan to join, but group events will feature live, vegan food. Anyone interested in a healthy, balanced diet and lifestyle should attend.
Meetups are once per month, and may include yoga/movement followed by a light, raw vegan meal.
