Hello, I'm Tracy. A vegetarian friend shared your group with me. I have done mostly vegetarian & vegan eating from the time I was a young adult. I plan to go raw for 30 days & then figure out the best way to integrate raw meals into my life daily.
I plan to go raw for 30 days to help me figure out how to integrate raw foods into my life regularly. I'd like to get recipes and ideas for regular meals, learn how to travel and stay raw and learn how to also use this to lose weight and become healthier. It is important for me to share this with my children. I hope to influence them to try new foods that are healthy and because of their active lifestyle, very portable.
