1. Meet likeminded people. 2. By having meetups/potlucks 3. My family
To be around likeminded people interested in health, and to share recipes. Began only three yrs ago with a raw-juice fast, and have been high raw for the past two years. Becoming obsessive about it, I fear. Almost 150 members! Where are you?
I'm not new to raw-food, and most of what Dave had to say was already known to me so one might think I'd find it boring - NOT SO! Dave is a rock star ---er rawk star, lol--- and I found his story very interesting. And like a good movie where you know the ending, but watch with interest anyway, so I listened intently to the stories of shocked doctors, and repeated testing because the results just couldn't be correct - he just couldn't be cured! etc. His down-to earth demeanor was refreshing, and he probably could use a few public-speaking suggestions like not to rely so much on his photo as a prop, or maybe going off on too many tangents, but this only added to the sincerity of his passion. I have pounds and pounds of fresh wheatgrass in my garden and was planning on bringing him some but didn't. Wished I had because I know he would have loved it. I admire what he is doing by "shouting out the truth from the rooftops!" and smiled most of the way home. Thanks Dave!
