It's okay! I promise! you actually hit my shoulder blade, which is better than if it had hit a muscle... small bruise and doesn't even hurt (except if i touch it). I once shanked an overhead during a warm up and hit the girl who WASN'T feeding to me in the forehead. She had to play the whole match with a welt on her forehead. Accidents happen, no worries!
