Learn How to Build Kick-a** Buyer & Seller Lists

When it comes to building a strong Investment business, it's all about finding and building relationships with BUYERS and SELLERS. We'll teach you how to do it. Here at the Ann Arbor Real Estate Investors Club, we're not fooling around. It's a K.I.S.S. concept, but finding good, qualified buyers and sellers is the single best thing you can do to be a successful investor. There is no such things as too many buyer and seller leads, and we'll show you several ways to find, incubate, cultivate, and partner with buyers and sellers.

Your starting point should be to plug into this group. We're up to 356 members and GROWING EVERY WEEK! Thats 356 Buyers and Sellers you can meet by just showing up at our events!

Our Guest Speaker for this event is our own Joe Villeneuve, who will teach a successful, proven, systematic way to build great lists.

Our Monthly Theme for February is Flipping Contracts, and this is a not to be missed event.

Session I; (2/4) was Bird-dogging, where members will learn more about the Bird-dog process, including an overview of Finding Sellers and Buyers.

Session II: (2/15) was Wholesaling, again, with more emphasis on the process, preparation and tools.

THIS SESSION will focus on ways to grow powerful lists, often by doing what you are normally doing, along with searching out "Target rich" environments.
