Learn About Real Estate Financing, and What the Banks DON'T Want You to Know.

Our March Monthly Theme is the world of Real Estate Financing, and the seemingly endless variety of options, when it comes to financing for the real estate investor. If you've ever wondered about exactly how money works, how the banks use YOUR money, or want to know how to get ahead of the curve, and learn what most investors DON'T know, this session is for you. Among other things, you'll learn about using some of the strategies, tactics, and 'tricks' that banks or other financial institutions use, and learn how to use them in your own investment career to YOUR advantage. This session will be a great overview to the month of Financing. We hope to see you there!

This Saturday, is the "spinoff" from this MEETING. It will show how the use of Non-Lien-able Debt can put Real Estate Investors in the same position as the banks are with leveraging power...and you don't need to collect pennies to do it.

The example of the power of compound interest ($10 million in pennies in just 30 days??) blew my mind.......I am now collecting pennies and am taking penny donations! Thanks!!

Like I said at the event, I can tell you what the answer was, which I did, but until you actually go through the steps, watching that amount grow right before your eyes, the true impact just isn't the same.

Intriguing information on how money and the banks work. Knowing this and the difference between good debt and bad debt is crucial in making good choices on financing down the road. Thanks Joe, Terry and Brian for another great session!!

Banks, credit card companies, and other financial institutions want you to be ignorant about how money really works. Joes presentation was eye opening, and taught us investors how to use the same principles that banks use to successfully invest in real estate. We also welcomed several new members!
