As we've learned in our earlier June sessions, there are different types of Sellers: Private Owners, Bank Owners, Estate Owners, Government Owners, and more.
As you will learn in this in-depth Workshop, there sre specific strategies and tactics to implement, based on the type of seller. Some strategies work with some sellers, but those same strategies will not work with other sellers.
During this Workshop, we'll take a look at these sellers, discover their motivations, wants, and needs, and help you create strategies, so that like a chess match, you'll be able to think one, two, or three moves ahead during the offer and negotiation process.
Also, a staple of our Workshops are the Interactive exercises that Joe puts together, with role playing based on actual deals, and how they played out.
Also, as always, when you're done with this Workshop, you'll be equipped with a great, solid, proven Action Plan to take into the field and put into action the next day.
