                            DO NOT MISS THIS MEETUP!

Anyone who has any knowledge of real estate investment careers knows who Russ Whitney is. We're honored to have him join us live, from Florida, via the magic of broadcasting, to celebrate our group milestone, and share some of his vast knowledge and success.

Russ Whitney, a pioneer in real estate investing and training, became one of the youngest self-made millionaires at just 27. From his humble beginnings as a high school dropout and a $5 an hour slaughterhouse worker, Russ began his investing career at age 21. Within a few short years, he achieved financial independence thanks to a unique system he developed that virtually eliminates the risk in real estate investing and creates cash flow for investors to achieve their financial goals. A countless number of investors have come to rely on Russ’ books, home study courses as well as his coaching and personal mentoring programs with up to 60,000 people being trained every month. Today, Russ continues to share his passion for investing and training by teaching beginners as well as experienced investors how to create wealth for themselves and their families in real estate.

Russ Whitney, is the bestselling author of Building Wealth, Millionaire Real Estate Mentor, and The Millionaire Real Estate Mindset and is also the author of some of the world’s most popular home study courses including Starting from Zero and the Building Wealth System. Yet, Russ has never forgotten how difficult life can be and strives to share his good fortune with others. He’s worked with correctional institutions in helping inmates receive a second chance at a productive life. He’s provided safe, clean housing for the elderly. And he continues to support the youth in his community with his time and money.

Russ Whitney is a living proof that anyone can achieve the American dream.

Also, as many of you know, Terry and her husband Perry, were students, teachers, mentors, and Mentor-trainers for Russ for several years. Much of our training materials are adaptations of the Whitney method.

Whether you are a novice, have some experience, or have lots of experience, you will learn some great things from this session.

We'll have our networking starting earlier than usual. Russ will be joining us, we'll start his presentation PROMPTLY at 6:15, so please do not be late!
RSVP NOW to reserve your seat, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Let's not forget Brian Bundeson's gift of time and energy to this group as he created and sustained it through thick and thin! Thank you Brian!!!

I appreciate the props, but the group was flatlining before Joe and Terry joined about 18 months ago. It truly demonstrates the power of building a complimentary team, the power of keeping going after failure, and the power of persistence, just like Russ spoke about last evening.

Sounds like a plan! Great meeting guys! I can see why you celebrated 100! Great people to connect to. Russ' insights are right on! He has the perspective of hindsight that we can all learn from. I had not heard of him before. That's how new I am. Kudos to Terry for scoring that treasure!

So, I'm still letting all I learned from Russ sink into my bones. What a dynamic guy, and fascinating career trajectory, complete with big ups, and big downs that he candidly shared. One great takeaway for me was his discussion of the Warrior and the Statesman. He was eloquent in putting stages of life and career into perspective. Wish we could have recorded the talk. I'd love to listen again.

I thought things went as well as can be expected with the technology in place. My apologies for the issues near the end tith the signal, but this was the first time we've tried doing the presentation this way. Even so, I think it was all very much worth it. My special thanks, once again, to Terry who was responsible for getting Russ to not only congratulate us on our group's achievement, but to appear in person.

I just have to say, I am very impressed with this group. I got introduced to real estate investing by seasoned investors while living in Florida and traveled the country attending various training and events to capture the kinds of topics and lessons that are shared here in this group. I am originally from Ann Arbor and sure wish I would have been part of this group before. I hope to catch a meeting sometime when I come back to visit.
