Christine was a single mother struggling from paycheck to paycheck. Financial freedom seemed like it was not in the future.

She went back to school for information technology and systems engineering, later taking a contract position with the federal government as a network engineer. Her life was changed not by her job, but by the infomercial at two in the morning that said, “You too can achieve financial freedom in real estate and no money down.” This sounded great, she had no money and wanted financial freedom.

Taking action, Christine attended the seminar which was exciting and informational. The training started at $20,000 and ranged as high as $60,000. She considered this a lot of money and having recently remarried, thought it may be a good idea to consult her husband. She purchased the training not with their own money but funds from a major credit card. She knew then, this had to work. Christine applied the techniques and found it to be simple and easy. Financial freedom arrived. She would no longer answer to another boss or have a vacation request denied.

She remembers the first day, not having to make the morning rush hour commute to Center City. Standing on the front porch and looking around, the grass never looked so green; the sky never so blue, and it was then she realized that there was more to financial freedom than money. You can’t put a price on time. Once it is gone, it can never be replaced.

Christine went on to mentor students for Rich Dad Education, Wealth Intelligence Academy, Tigrent and then founded the Montgomery County Investor’s Group. She wanted others to have the same opportunity to create financial freedom, but without having to spend thousands of dollars for boot camps and seminars. This is when MCIG was formed.

Christine organizes monthly meetings on various topics with local and national speakers. The group offers several workshops, two educational conferences a year, socials and an annual fundraiser for Commnity Housing Serives. The purpose of the group is to network and share information. The stronger you make someone is the more you will be able to do business with that person. All great success is thru a team and giving back. All the resources and support you need to achieve financial freedom are in this group.
