Find out why Norristown is the right place to invest and why now is the time. Learn where their funds have been used, currently allocated and the city's plan for the future. This is a guided tour with the city's planning director that will outlay Norristown's Comprehensive Plan. Have the town segmented for you so you can have the most bang for your buck and see what other investors are doing.
Norristown is the place you want to be. We will meet at 1102 Dekalb St. The bus will depart at 10am. Lunch will be on your own dime.

This was truly a great experience. After the tour I am fully convinced that Norristown is the next place to invest in. On top of that, to actually meet the planning director and new commissioner and know that they are here to help real estate investors was well worth the experience. -
