The Calgary Real Estate and Investing Society is committed to bring together a special fraternity of like-minded real estate professionals and investors who are interested in wealth creation, through networking and the exchange of knowledge. The focus of this forum will be to provide those involved with technical and experiential information and an opportunity to network with each other. In addition, we will be able to learn and expand our real estate investing knowledge from guest speakers who have experienced a degree of success in their specific niche of real estate investing.
I just wanted to end off with a quote from Mr. Donald Trump “Every day, you'll have opportunities to take chances and to work outside your safety net. Sure, it's a lot easier to stay in your comfort zone… in my case, business suits and real estate...but sometimes you have to take risks. When the risks pay off, that's when you reap the biggest rewards.”
Information is a powerful way to hedge risk and the knowledge gained from this group will allow you to enter into real estate situations with a broader level of understanding. I hope to meet you in person soon.
