Real Estate Investment Opportunity

I have heard from a few members of the group that they would like to get involved in Real Estate Investment but either are not in a position financially, or confident with doing it on their own. I would like to explore the possibility of group investment projects and see who is interested AND able.

The idea is to start a corporation and to make a purchase that looks like a good investment. This could take the form of a buy-and-hold, a buy-and-flip or a new build. Each share would represent a partial ownership in the company.

Each deal would be unique, so I am wondering who would be interested in this and have a minimum investment of $10,000 (plus a share of incorporation costs). Each deal will be assessed and your will be able to decide if you want in or not at this point. I do not have ROI numbers at this point because, again, each deal will be different and will be assessed on its own merit.

So 3 Questions.

1.       Are you interested in partnership investing?

2.       Are you in a position today to make a $10,000 investment if the right deal comes along?

3.       Please rate the 3 options in order of preference;

a.       Buy and hold

b.      Buy and flip

c.       New Construction

Regarding the group I will be starting up monthly meetings soon, I am just working out the details of the space usage.

Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
