The topic of discussion for our November meetup will be the importance of Credit Score in securing favorable financing.
This topic, in light of all the negative news concerning the housing market, is of utmost importance; especially now that all the major lending agencies have tighten their lending practices and policies to ensure that a thorough qualification process is followed.
Our guest speaker is the Clean Credit Queen, Linda Adams, a recognized authority on the subject and the author of "50 Ways to Love Your FICO".
So make it a priority to attend this valuable FREE presentation. You will learn not only how FICO works, but also what actions to take in order to improve your score in relatively short period of time. So invite your friends, clients and associates who may benefit from learning about this important subject. You will be taking lots of notes, so don't forget to bring your pen and paper.
As usual, the first hour of the meeting will be dedicated to the Credit Score topic, followed by the networking and socializing hour. Refreshments will be served. Looking forward to a great turnout!

PS. Linda will also be talking at a presentation on November 8th in Alexandria. If any of your folks would like attend, it is a seminar by Minh Pham and he is only charging $49 for the entire day, giving away a CD on private money and huge workbook full of great info on ‘lease options’ and ‘subject to’ investing. Lunch is free and Linda will be giving a credit seminar. Please contact Linda for further details. Let me know if you are interested in that and I can get more details to you.
Don't miss it. See ya!
PS - The meeting location is at the corner of Rt 7 and Palisade Pkwy at the Keller Williams building on 3rd floor. If you put the address on your GPS, it will take you across the street to a shopping center. So look for the building in that corner. The building also houses an Urgent care and the United Bank.
