About Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS)

REAPS is a not-for-profit Professional Real Estate Investor?s Association.

Thanks for visiting us here at the Northwest's best Real Estate Investor's Association. We provide professional educational and networking resources for real estate investors, those who want to be investors and anyone who provides valuable goods or services to our members.

REAPS is a volunteer-run organization that has been around since 1983! We're firmly committed to promoting a sound understanding of ethical real estate investing principles and to help further develop our members? (your!) investing abilities.

Our goals are to motivate and support our members and guests through education, discussion and networking with others who are actively pursuing real estate investment.

REAPS presents one or more well-informed speakers monthly at the University of Washington and several local meetings throughout the Puget Sound.

Our affiliation with the National REIA (the National Association of Real Estate Investment Associations) allows us to provide unbiased information from a diverse range of nationally-renowned experts that have been well-received through the country.

Our long history with the local Puget Sound real estate market means that a diverse range of local experts speak at REAPS on a regular basis.

Meetings

Each month, we present experts speaking about topics of interest to the real estate investor. Click here for this month's topic!

We meet at 7:00pm the fourth Thursday January through September and the third Thursday of November. We don't meet in December. Our annual Conference is in October - see the events page for details. We meet at Kane Hall at the University of Washington in Seattle.
