REAPS is the oldest – and largest - Professional Association for the real estate investor in Northwestern United States.  We provide educational and networking resources for real estate investors, those who want to be investors and anyone who provides value to our members.

Our goals are to motivate and support our members and guests through education, discussion, legislative action and networking. REAPS presents one or more well-informed speakers at each monthly meeting. Subjects cover all aspects of real estate including but not limited to: foreclosures, paper/notes, fixers, lease/options, property tax appeal processes, 203k loan program, property management techniques, estate planning, VA/HUD government programs, government auctions, real estate inspection techniques, property assessment techniques, mortgage shopping techniques, eviction procedures, processing information on new tenants, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, financing resources and much, much more.
