Winter in the Woods

Take a brisk walk in the winter woods to see how nature protects the plants and animals in the coldest part of the year.  The forest is beautiful, even in winter.  Look for the first signs life awakening for the Spring.  Must call[masked] to register.

    Great Winter in the wood Hike, sunny weather warm @39, yes a little cool but great day to be out for a hike.
    We had three people from both group and one drop in. Too bad all the folks that signed up and was a No show, really missed a great hike.

      That is a shame as some of us were on the "waiting" list. Since I didn't hear anything, I extended the courtesy of removing my RSVP and I found something else to do. Didn't know we could just drop-in either. <sigh> Oh well, it was a beautiful day to be outside.
