Hi Cheridan - thanks for joining the group and RVSPing to the first Annapolis Yoga Meetup. I went to the free Yoga class at Golden Heart last week and really enjoyed it. Since the class is being taught by a brand new instructor it should be a fun class, geared towards all levels, including beginners. Also, the instructors there are very good at customizing their classes to the levels of the people practicing (especially beginners). See you Saturday.
