Regular Angels: Micro-Funding Group - October 2013 Meetup - Update

To Regular Angels:

Below is the agenda for today's meeting later today...  (Thursday at 6PM).

It's been a busy couple of weeks with our SaaS/Cloud/Internet clients in Colorado Springs, and we have been quite engaged working with the Denver-based Rockies Venture Club to not only qualify as pitch presenters through their pitch academy, but seeing if we can qualify some companies for pitching at the upcoming Colorado Capital Conference.

So, the theme of our second meetup is to further explore the development of the group, identify some of the changes we are seeing in the Crowd Funding rules and regulations and to visit again with David Cline who is developing a "Tribal Knowledge" series on legal support topics for entrepreneurs that we are calling "The Legal/LAB".  And we will spend some time with another Entrepreneur to learn about their company and value proposition and help tune and tweak their go-to-market strategy with some  RA Feedback.

Meeting Logistics:

We are meeting again at the Archer Bay Conference Room on the 5th floor of the Metro Denver Enterprise Building:
