About Chris Urso

Christopher Urso started his career at a startup company in New York City where he cultivated his entrepreneurial spirit.  During this time Chris developed his strong work ethic and superior customer service attributes.  He was integral in taking that company from 5 to 150 employees, which was later sold to a larger competitor for over $20,000,000.

While working in NYC, Chris purchased his first rental property at 21 years old and began to study basic real estate fundamentals.  Over the next six years Chris was successful in several different residential real estate strategies.  In 2006, Chris recognized the irregularity in the real estate market and sold all of his properties to prepare for the opportunities that would come as a result of the recent downturn. At this time Chris founded National Real Estate Investment Solutions (National REIS) and has acquired, renovated, leased and sold over 50 distressed residential investment properties throughout seven states.

In 2009, Christopher shifted the company’s focus and began acquiring distressed multifamily properties to meet the growing demand for rental housing.  On his first project Chris successfully raised private capital to acquire a bank owned apartment building in Cincinnati Ohio and oversaw the renovation and stabilization of the property is just eight months.  Since then Chris has raised over $7,000,000 and acquired over 200 apartments. Christopher is constantly seeking opportunities to expand the portfolio of URS Capital Partners and his private coaching clients. His work ethic and dedication to his investors and coaching students is second to none.

Chris and his wife Lisa have always had the desire and willingness to assist other individual investors in their personal success and in early 2011 they launched their unique Elite Partner Program under the National REIS brand.  The mission of the Elite Partner Program is to provide individual investors with the knowledge, tools, resources and personal coaching to succeed in multifamily real estate while building a community of like-minded investors.
