This class provides attendees with not only an opportunity to unplug for 60 minutes but the tools to practice this valuable stress relieving skill in their daily lives.
In this workshop series participants will experience and learn a variety of meditation and stress reduction methods, which include working with breath, energy, sound, visualization, self-hypnosis, mindfulness, processing emotions, transforming thoughts and beliefs,
stress-relieving lifestyle, and more.

Classes are offered once a month in person on the 1st Saturday of the month,
