Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning “universal life energy” and is an energy which is found all around us. Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and promotes healing on all levels. It is very relaxing and comforting. Reiki is a holistic, natural and simple energy healing system that balances the body, mind and spirit.

SHODEN ~ REIKI 1

Shoden is an introductory level Reiki class open to anyone who has a desire to learn Reiki. Shoden is for your own personal benefit. It is intended for students interested in self-healing and transformation. This level will enable you to offer hands-on healing sessions to your friends and family.

In this class, you will:

* learn about the history, ideas and theory behind Reiki
* receive the Shoden Level attunements
* learn Reiki self-healing techniques
* learn how to give a Reiki healing session to others
* give and receive a full Reiki hands-on healing session
* receive a handbook, certificate and personal follow-up support after the class

    Hello,
    I am very new to Istanbul and don't know my way around well, yet, so before I commit to the workshop I would like to know how to get there from Yesilkoÿ, can someone help ?

      Hi Catherine! Thanks for your interest! The Reiki 1 class will be taught in Kadıköy, next to Goztepe Park and Bağdat Caddesi. From Yesilkoÿ, it looks like you have to take a ferry from the European side (the closest is Eminönü) to either Kadıköy or Bostanci, on the Asian side. Then you can take a minibus (dolmus) from there to the location. If this works for you, I can send you exact directions via email/message. :)
