26 year old Britnie Turner from our own local Nashville REIN has just become Nashville’s highest volume infill development company. With over 50 houses under construction at a time and over 200 projects in the pipeline this easily underestimated girl isn’t messing around.
Her heart for missions got her into the business and gave her the drive to go big and grow fast. Britnie grew up on a farm and always had a passion for helping people. After a trip to Africa she realized she wanted to help on a large scale. Understanding she needed funding to build what she wanted overseas she decided to get in the real estate business. Britnie bought her first house when she was 18 then flipped her first house when she was only 21. She has since rehabbed 105 houses and 2 office buildings before she moved into new construction.
June 9th you will have the opportunity to learn from someone who has seemingly overcome all odds.
She will be speaking about:
• How to start from absolute ZERO
• Organizational tips and strategies that will not only keep you out of trouble but will put you light-years ahead of the competition
• What it means to be a responsible developer/rehabber
• How you can make a difference through the real estate business, locally and globally
• What gives her company their edge
