It can be difficult to find time for a little relaxation. Why not come out and relax with others looking to have fun and maybe even pickup tips to help you deal with stress and life in general.
We all have a certain level of stress in life. the goal is to keep the stress level down to a productive level and not let it get to a point where it starts to hurt us. we will be going over fun ways to relieve stress as well as how to identify what your stress level is.
the goal of the group is have fun trying new things, learning about ourselves and learning new skills. health and wellness and meeting new people are key goals.
This is a social group dedicated to having fun and relaxing. events are based on member feedback. if you have events you want to do, you are welcome to suggest them. initially events will consist of learning new things (so workshops), physical activities (like walking, hiking), discovery (urban and out of town trips) and no money meetups (board game nights, etc). This group is open to all. there are no age limits and all that is required is that you be nice to others and read the group rules prior to the first meetup.
